Holiday season requires 7 days stay for Christmas and 7 days for January 1.
$350 deposit to hold spot and full payment is due 8 weeks before arrival. Booking less than 8 weeks before arrival should pay in full. Deposit is not refundable. Pool Heat is $12 day and recommended November-April of each year.Additional Fees:
